Senior Test Automation Specialist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader and mentor within the QA department. Your responsibility will be to architect and implement comprehensive testing strategies across our product portfolio.
This role combines technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to ensure the highest quality standards in our deliverables.
Detailed Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a comprehensive QA mentorship program for junior team members.
- Conduct regular technical training sessions on testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure maintainability and efficiency.
- Guide team members in developing their career paths within QA.
- Facilitate weekly knowledge-sharing sessions to discuss testing challenges and solutions.
- Postman for API testing and automation.
- JMeter for performance testing.
- Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Version control systems (Git).
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall QA experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on test automation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
