Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead and evolve our automation and quality practices across microservices-based platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive end-to-end QA strategy, implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices, and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain and improve existing test infrastructure, ensuring high-quality and reliable results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong background in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
