Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our testing group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance tests to ensure the highest level of quality in our software releases.
  • Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Enhance and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and reusability to improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in test automation.
  • ISTQB or relevant QA certifications (preferred).
