Job Description:

As a key member of the security team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's physical security operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation and enforcement of Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting front desk security operations, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed, and monitoring security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management. You will also assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.

Furthermore, you will provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage, and serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison during incident activation and response.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
