Job Title: API Automation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our quality assurance efforts in developing and executing robust test automation frameworks.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in crafting scenarios with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks, such as Cucumber or Specflow.
  • Create and design test automation frameworks from scratch, choosing the right tools based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality engineering initiatives and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and lead by example in terms of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
  • Define and report quality metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java, Selenium, and API Automation testing using Rest Assured or similar technologies.
  • Strong coding skills in Java/JavaScript, Core Java, Typescript, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Experience with SQL and ability to work with databases.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
