Automation Pega Tester

Our team seeks an accomplished automation specialist to drive the development and execution of test cases for PEGA applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing, with expertise in C#, automation code, and agile delivery methodologies.

  • We are looking for someone who can develop and execute test cases that align with technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes of defects and provide detailed information for resolution.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and stakeholders to ensure timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with exposure to PEGA, CCM, and API testing using POSTMAN.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, automation code on GIT, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in QA roles leveraging PEGA/CCM or equivalent technology to deliver data-driven communications.

Prior Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with developing automated tests using C# and maintaining automation code on GIT.
  • Ability to write test scripts and conduct API testing using POSTMAN.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex issues.
