Power Automate Specialist

Job Title: Power Automate Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Power Automate flows that integrate with various Microsoft 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create Power Automate flows to automate business processes and enhance productivity.
  2. Develop automation solutions to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation for all flows created and updated.
  4. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure operational flow compliance.
  5. Design and implement test automation scenarios to validate flow functionality.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years working experience with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
