Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead mission-critical technology programs, driving solutioning and architectural direction for scalability and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in integration architecture, web-scale application development, and data architecture to design and govern cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration methodologies, including RESTful services, FHIR/HL7, event-driven design, and API gateways. Experience with microservices-based solutions, legacy modernization, and cloud-native data stores is also essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment through delivery, assessing legacy systems and defining transformation roadmaps to align with enterprise standards. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively will be valuable assets in this role.

  • Design and Govern Scalable Architectures: Develop and implement scalable architectures using front-end engineering and cloud-native technologies.
  • Define Integration Blueprints: Design and deploy integration blueprints that connect digital systems with core industry platforms via REST, FHIR, HL7, or API gateways.
  • Architect Microservices-Based Solutions: Design and implement microservices-based solutions with appropriate separation of concerns, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Guide Data Architecture Decisions: Define and guide data architecture decisions, including real-time integration, event-driven design, and use of cloud-native data stores.
  • Assess Legacy Modernization Paths: Assess legacy modernization paths and define transformation roadmaps to align with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12-18 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture or lead solution architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture, including RESTful services, FHIR/HL7, event-driven design, and API gateways.
  • Expertise on various integration approaches, including microservices, messaging, queuing, and API patterns.
  • Strong knowledge across a variety of skills, including J2EE, .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
