Convergence Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Convergence Architect to lead our enterprise connectivity business into a future-fit, converged services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wireline and adjacent technologies, as well as proven success in P&L and business ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the profit and loss (P&L) of fixed-line data and driving revenue growth and market share expansion in the enterprise segment.
• Defining and executing the product roadmap for all connectivity services, including MPLS, DIA, NPLC, IPLC, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and managed services.
• Evolving the product roadmap toward integrated solutions with security and cloud.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:

• Domain knowledge in wireline/enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies such as SD-WAN, FWA, and cloud connectivity.
• Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, including product convergence, commercial redesign, and new go-to-market models.
