About This Role

  • Assist in the delivery of process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth installation and setup of maintenance systems.
  • Support the development and execution of enterprise GxP solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of standard system deliverables such as requirements, testing, and traceability matrix.
  • Organize and participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand technical needs and align solutions.
  • Support adoption of maintenance capabilities by manufacturing sites through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and lead training sessions to provide hands-on experience for all maintenance supported capabilities.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand key technical requirements and align solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of technical analyst experience in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with GMP Computer System Qualification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong organization, influencing, and follow-up skills are critical for this role.
  • Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
