Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled IT Analyst with 4-6 years of experience specializing in .NET and mobile development to join our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions that cater to business needs. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements and develop functional specifications for IT solutions utilizing .NET technologies.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Provide technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in software development and mobile applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT analysis, support, or related roles with a focus on .NET and mobile development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and mobile frameworks such as Xamarin or React Native.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
