- Stay up-to-date on emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in the color cosmetics industry.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to conceptualize and test formulations that meet brand standards and quality expectations.
- Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory requirements, including labeling and safety standards.
- Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to confirm product efficacy and satisfaction.
- Maintain continuous quality checks during and post-production phases.
Qualifications and Experience:
~ Master's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
~ 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry.
~ In-depth knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics.
