Color Cosmetics Formulator

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to spearhead the development and commercialization of innovative color cosmetics products.
About Our Team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetics science, formulation development, and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of new product launches.
- Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.
- Partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that meet quality standards.
- Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships for quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate products for compliance with local and global regulatory standards.
- Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics industry.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
