**Job Title:** IT Project Coordinator

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in the success of our organization by overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate project activities, ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks;
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders through regular updates and reports;
  • Analyze project data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes;

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools. You should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello, is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Prior experience working with Agile methodologies;
  • Familiarity with cloud-based project management tools;
