
Human Resources Manager Alternative

Key responsibilities for the position include managing all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent through a variety of channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with business teams, ensure timely follow-up with candidates, and maintain a record of interview outcomes.
- Salary Negotiations: Develop and implement salary negotiation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for leadership review.
- Educational Qualification: MBA or graduate degree with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in PCG sales, wealth hiring, bank sales hiring, or broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
- Language Proficiency: Language proficiency: English, Kannada (compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
- Technology Skills: Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms and tools.
- Skill Set: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
