Job Title: Quality Systems Manager

This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, aligning with customer quality agreements, and participating in quality planning during new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality system implementation, cross-functional quality collaboration, process quality control, supplier and incoming material quality control, customer audits, and overseas localized quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20.20, etc.) ensuring alignment with customer quality agreements and establishment of corresponding factory processes.
  • Achieve customer/internal quality targets by driving corrective actions in EMS factories and leading root cause analysis.
  • Monitor key manufacturing process quality data and review inspection standards to ensure compliance with product requirements.
  • Analyze IQC data, drive supplier improvements, and manage RMA processes and supplier claims.
  • Lead/support customer audits, prepare documentation, and ensure non-conformance closures.
  • Adapt to local factory dynamics and bridge communication between HQ and overseas teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Quality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineering or management role.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20.20, etc.).
  • Experience with quality planning during new product introductions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
