Job Opportunity: Social Media Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive growth and engagement across our school fan pages. The ideal candidate will have expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content for our social media channels (60%): Produce 5 weekly videos (Reels/Shorts, testimonials, event highlights).
  • Publish daily shorts on YouTube and other social media platforms.
  • Design static posts and graphics for our weekly content calendar.
  • Update our Google My Business listings weekly.

Growth & Engagement Metrics:

  • Achieve 15% monthly follower growth and maintain 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share updates and announcements with our audience.
  • Drive at least 6 Google reviews per month for each location.

Campaign Execution & Training:

  • Execute localized digital campaigns every month.
  • Train students to create engaging content through our Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics & Qualifications:

  • 5 high-quality videos per week | Daily shorts | 5+ static posts per week
  • 15% monthly follower growth | 10%+ engagement rate
  • 6+ Google reviews per month per location

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on short-form video content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro (or similar software).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving 15%+ monthly account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
