Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Content Creator to represent our brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, foster relationships with followers, and build a strong online presence that drives brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, live sessions) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  2. Promote brand products/services through authentic storytelling and creative campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and engage with the community.
  5. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) to improve campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer or strong personal brand presence online.

Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Creativity and Knowledge: Creativity in content creation (photography, videography, reels, captions), knowledge of trending social media tools, hashtags, and editing apps.

Audience Engagement: Strong understanding of audience engagement and social media algorithms.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Analytics and Reporting: Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Education and Experience

Qualifications: No formal education required (Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, or related field is a plus).

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management.

Social Media Presence: Must have an active presence with a good following on major social media platforms.
