Job Title: Software Developer Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled software developer to create engaging content for our learning modules. As a key member of our team, you will design conceptual and coding-based questions that test real-world Java skills.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Java fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving and content creation. Your role will involve creating both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that align with assessment requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that assess real-world Java skills.
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure they meet the needs of learners.
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions by following best practices in content creation.
  • Collaborate with our team to align with assessment requirements and ensure seamless integration of content.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms to create challenging coding problems.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is desirable.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that engages learners.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is advantageous.
