Job Summary:

As a content creator, you will develop and execute strategies across various platforms tailored to service-based audiences. Your role involves creating native content for each platform.

You will manage end-to-end content calendars, build and scale a creator ecosystem to amplify messaging, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft messaging for key moments.

Key responsibilities include optimizing content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions, analyzing performance data regularly to iterate on formats and messaging, and staying ahead of social trends and algorithm shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of proven experience as a content creator or social strategist. They have a solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands and can conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.

They should also have experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or user-generated content producers and possess great creative instincts with analytical thinking.
