Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives focusing on home loans, LAP business loans, and DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in developing partnerships with Direct Sales Agents to drive growth in these product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for home loans, LAP, and business loans ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive product growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand the distribution network.
- Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure effective promotion and selling of loan products.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized loan solutions.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the company's loan products and establish valuable connections.
- Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in sales/business development, particularly in home loans, LAP business loans, and DSA sourcing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
