Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives focusing on home loans, LAP business loans, and DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in developing partnerships with Direct Sales Agents to drive growth in these product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for home loans, LAP, and business loans ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive product growth.
DSA Sourcing and Management:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand the distribution network.
  • Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure effective promotion and selling of loan products.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized loan solutions.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
Networking:
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the company's loan products and establish valuable connections.
  • Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in sales/business development, particularly in home loans, LAP business loans, and DSA sourcing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
