Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at RChilli Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional presentation skills, and a quick understanding of our products and their benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients showcasing our solutions, features, functionality, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales ranging from $200K to $500K on a yearly basis.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their use case, business challenges, goals, and requirements, and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products and demonstrate how they can solve the clients' pain points and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and users, to facilitate the sales process.
  • Stay updated on product developments, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Track and report on product demonstration activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share by market research and relationship building to create targeted campaigns and drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Capability to showcase data, making dashboards, and Excel reports.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the market and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Must have hands-on experience on CRM tools like Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in B2B sales in SaaS.
  • Minimum skills required:
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to think creatively and develop new business opportunities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Comfortable to work in EST (US) time zone.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
