About the Role:

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting US healthcare benefit documents, including plan summaries, provider networks, and evidence of coverage documents.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive mappings of these documents to ensure accurate and consistent data extraction. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the knowledge gap regarding US healthcare benefits for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret US healthcare benefit documents
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive mappings of these documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits analysis

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefit terminology and regulations
