Order Management Professional

This is a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Order Management Professional role that involves managing the full sales order lifecycle from order receipt to execution.

  • Inter-departmental coordination: You will work closely with production, planning, and inventory teams for timely execution of orders.
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions: You will maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches, and coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents.
  • Communication & Letter Drafting: You will draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, time extension requests, contract amendments, and follow-ups.

Key skills required include excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong letter drafting skills, and ability to speak in Hindi. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
