Job Title: Tender Executive

Tender Management OpportunitiesMain Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal by creating categories, uploading products, and tendering.
  • Handle electronic tendering and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Quote (RFQs).
  • Submit documents on various portals including GeM, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP), Military Procurement (MP), Defence, and State Government.
Tender Preparation & Submission:
  • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs), and demand drafts as per tender requirements.
  • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
Vendor Registration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
Administrative Support:
  • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
  • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks including salary/attendance registers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English and Hindi.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is an advantage.
