Unlock Business Growth as a Senior Account Partner
As a Senior Account Partner, you will drive business growth and success for our customers by exceeding sales targets, ensuring organizational health, and fostering customer satisfaction. You will utilize your industry expertise and business acumen to understand the motivations, drivers, goals, and objectives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a personalized account plan that aligns with each customer's unique business goals and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives through consultative selling and trusted advisorship.
- Create a compelling vision for transformative solutions that generate significant success and business value from Salesforce investments.
- Forecast accurately and timely, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities to deliver year-over-year revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including License Sales and Regional Alliances/Partner organizations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 15+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, including 5+ years in professional services for strategic consulting firms or large-scale system integrators.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Experience growing complex accounts with high-value pursuits ($M+).
- Highly collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
