Senior Infrastructure Specialist

A senior infrastructure specialist at arcspace-concept-studio-india will work closely with architects and interior designers to develop design concepts that meet structural feasibility requirements. They will create, review, and manage technical documents, including structural drawings and bills of quantities (BOQs), ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Collaborate with architects and interior designers to produce structurally feasible designs, leveraging expertise in building codes and construction practices.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost estimation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- SITE SUPERVISION AND EXECUTION: Oversee site works, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and other construction materials, as well as ensure safe working practices on-site.
- Quantity & Cost Control: Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, check contractor invoices, and certify measurements for payment processing.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and office design teams regarding technical details, acting as a liaison between the two.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, IS standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Experience in project management, coordination, and execution.
