Job Title: Trade Finance Specialist

  • Our team is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of trade finance, from export and import transactions to letters of credit and bank guarantees.
Job Description:

As a Trade Finance Specialist, you will be working closely with clients to understand their trade finance needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, legal, compliance, and sales teams, to ensure that our trade finance products and services are aligned with the bank's overall strategy and goals. Additionally, you will assist in data extraction and MIS preparation for client behavior analysis.

Self-managing client high-level escalations by speaking to clients' senior stakeholders is also an essential part of this role. Furthermore, you will maintain positive and proactive interactions with internal stakeholders and uphold the bank's vision and values statement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FEMA & RBI Master Directions is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex trade finance transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
