About the Role:

  • This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our organization by coordinating Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate RMA processes from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on RMA status and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of RMA transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
