About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Holistic Health Engagement Specialist to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for new clients, you will play a crucial role in welcoming them, understanding their challenges, and guiding them towards the most suitable next steps in their journey.

This is a consultative, client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to simplify complex health concepts. Your primary focus will be on building trust, ensuring clients feel supported and understood, and providing guidance on the most suitable next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients, actively listening to their challenges and health goals.
  • Educate clients about our holistic health process in simple terms, highlighting its benefits and potential outcomes.
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps, taking into account each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior health coaches when needed.

  • Familiarity with holistic health practices and principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and utilizing digital tools for communication and collaboration.
