Quality Assurance Expert
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by identifying defects and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Your expertise in manual testing and analytical skills will be crucial in driving product excellence.

About This Role:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts for thorough product testing.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
  • Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects using test management tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in manual testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think from both user and product perspectives.
  • Experience in creating detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
