Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned software quality assurance professional to join our team. As a senior member of our QA team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and mobile applications
  • Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application stability and performance
  • Design and implement automation test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
  • Identify, log, and track defects in bug-tracking systems and work closely with developers to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define quality standards and ensure testing aligns with requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices and processes
  • Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide clear feedback and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent
  • Experience with scripting languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript preferred)
  • Working knowledge of APIs, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities
