Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform by designing, planning, and executing comprehensive testing strategies across web and mobile platforms.

Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java) and/or Playwright (JavaScript), with a solid understanding of API testing methods, JSON/XML, and API response validation. You should also be proficient with CI/CD tools and version control (Jenkins, Git, etc.), as well as having a working knowledge of SQL for backend validation.

  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive testing strategies across web and mobile platforms
  • Create and manage test data and testing environments
  • Perform functional, system, regression, load, performance, and security testing
  • Manage defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle
  • Participate in defining and executing user acceptance testing
  • Report key testing metrics and proactively troubleshoot issues
