Restaurant Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in restaurant management, a strong educational background in Hospitality Management, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards.
  • Manage staff, including servers and kitchen personnel, to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Take regular stock of inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance our reputation.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and manage shift schedules and attendance.
  • Organize special events and projects as needed.
  • Use restaurant management software for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Implement cost control measures and reduce food waste.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
