Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to lead collections on delinquent accounts through customer meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a daily visit plan based on the PTP, and in cases of broken PTPs, obtain revised commitments from customers for payment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting bounce charges, providing feedback to BCI/BU Manager/Credit Manager on market issues and frauds, updating DCR (Daily Collection Report), and reporting to BCI by EOD with the DCR for review.

Maintenance of receipt books and ensuring third-party payments in the absence of customers are also essential duties.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will trace skip customers by liaising with FCU or other innovative means, ensure receipts are given even if there are part payments made, handle customer queries, and maintain accurate records.

The selected individual will also provide early warning inputs regularly through market, industry, and customer-level feedback to avoid surprise delinquencies and stay conversant in the usage of MPot machine.
