  • To collect and gather details from the user's department for procuring suitable insurance products.
  • Discussion with users to determine the accurate sum insured value for insurance and ensure timely renewal of policies in line with RBI Index - (Based on Fixed Asset Register). Obtaining offers from multiple insurers. Preparing a comparison statement and negotiating terms.
  • Release of premium payments, following up with insurance companies for policy rectifications. Preparing claims MIS and informing the insurance company of claims within the same day. Collecting all claim-related information from users and submitting relevant documents in the defined format to the insurer within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Regular follow-up with insurers for claim settlement, ensuring no claims are pending for more than 90 days. Maintaining records and registers (soft copies) of daily activities, preparing premium outflow statements policy-wise/asset-wise, and budget management.
  • Purchasing document flow monitoring and miscellaneous assignments as per HOD instructions.
