The Global Markets division of Jefferies is seeking a skilled Business Management team member to provide direct support to senior management and business leaders across the Equity and Fixed Income Division.

The ideal candidate will work closely and proactively with the E Commerce / E Trading team in the Fixed Income business to extend the remit of the team, setting its agenda in alignment with business needs, and driving its development.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of ETrading and client enablement process across platforms such as MarketAxess, Bloomberg, and Tradeweb.

• Support enhancements, streamlining current processes, and new projects.

• Maintain client static account and sales coverage mappings across various systems for STP trade processing and sales RFQ views.

• Liaise with Middle Office, Client Onboarding, and CRM for all static-related initiatives.

• Manage internal employee onboarding and offboarding setup.

• Vendor relationship management.

• Create and produce client/trader reports, trade rejection metrics, and other MIS for senior management.

• Analyze market share and hit ratio for the E Commerce platform.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Working with business groups to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business summaries for the management committee.

• Driving improvements in performance analysis and reporting.

• Conducting competitive analysis and reporting.

• Maintaining client coverage tables and tracking client profitability daily.

The role requires an assertive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines is essential.

Candidates with prior exposure to platforms such as MarketAxess, Bloomberg, and Tradeweb, as well as experience in Markets divisions, specifically Fixed Income, will be preferred.

Key skills include:

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

• Ability and confidence to liaise with senior managers and regional team counterparts.

• Project work often involves quick turn-around, thus the ability to multi-task is a must-have.

• Sound understanding of business and client management.
