Job Opportunity:

This position is responsible for supporting the Head of Treasury in managing external partnerships, arranging funds, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing cash flow liability management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partnership building & liaison management with banks and financial institutions
  • Credit rating surveillance & regulatory reporting
  • Debt servicing & liability management
  • Cash flow planning & audit coordination
  • Nurturing relationships with PSU and private banks
  • Preparing loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements
  • Coordinating with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting
  • Driving fund arrangement and accelerating debt placement process
  • Handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies
  • Arranging management calls, negotiating rating fee structures
  • Overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA
  • Managing post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports
  • Ensuring timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returns
  • Managing liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs
  • Supporting CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund arrangement for NBFCs/HFCs
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP
  • Knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage
