Commercial Interiors Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Development Specialist who can leverage their expertise in design, client advisory, and business development to spearhead new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Pursue and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors through effective networking and relationship-building.
  • Cross-sell interiors services to existing clients across various sectors, including real estate and coworking spaces.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, such as landlords, brokers, and corporate clients, to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling abilities, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial interiors, materials, and fit-out processes, enabling the creation of innovative and practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Able to interpret and explain complex design briefs and building operating guides (BOQs) to clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • A collaborative and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
