Senior Commercial Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Interior Designer to support our senior managers in developing detailed working drawings, preparing drawing delivery schedules, and creating presentations to finalize selections, furnishings, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will also take detailed notes to capture customer requirements and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Develop detailed working drawings and visualizations for commercial interior projects.
- Prepare drawing delivery schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Create engaging presentations to finalize selections, furnishings, and fixtures for clients.
- Take detailed notes to capture customer requirements and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities and deliverables.
- Provide exceptional follow-up support to customers and vendors throughout the design process.
Skillset Required:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials.
Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience in commercial or corporate interior design, preferably with a focus on space planning, furniture specification, and sustainable design practices.
