We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data and integrations strategy.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and project management, with the ability to define and implement data, integrations, and analytics platform capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead large technology and project/program management teams to develop and deploy data, integrations, and analytics platforms.
  • Define and select platform technologies to address enterprise needs and collaborate with various business functions to drive adoption.
  • Partner with business functions to enable efficient design, automation, and delivery of self-service solutions on visualization/UX and data prep platforms.
  • Develop colleagues and grow talent towards making data and associates AI-ready.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities within data, integration, and analytics platforms to enhance the experience of developers and consumers of analytics.
  • Enable smooth onboarding of various use cases on data, integrations, and analytics platforms, increasing efficiencies and reducing delivery intervals.
  • Capability building and roadmap for data, integrations, and analytics platforms, operating at scale to cater to various use cases on the platform with focus on cloud and AI technologies.
  • Implement large programs in accordance with quality, timeline, and reusable asset deployment across functions and geographies.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of overall IT experience with in-depth understanding of building, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale enterprise data management, data integrations, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven skills and experience in defining and executing the enterprise strategy for data, integrations, and analytics platforms in collaboration with business functions in a global matrix organization.
  • Adept with defining technology standards for data, integrations, and analytics platforms in partnership with enterprise architecture and ensuring compliance via effective governance.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical and data management best practices to ensure efficient design, delivery, and user adoption.
