Job Description:
Serve as a key member of the finance team, responsible for leading and implementing financial strategies that drive long-term sustainability and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, with a strong background in the education sector or international schools.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to ensure the organization's fiscal stability and success
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic objectives and provide financial insights to inform decision-making
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years in the education sector or international schools
- Strong track record in preparing and analyzing Balance Sheets, P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability
