User Experience Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative UI/UX Professional to lead the development of user-friendly interfaces and experiences for mobile and SaaS web applications.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences that prioritize user and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and ensure consistency of brand and product design across different platforms.
- Conduct user research and integrate user feedback into the design process to inform data-driven design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design capabilities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in mobile apps or SaaS web apps.
- Solid experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box approach.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Miro, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) to improve collaboration with developers.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
