**Job Summary**

The Senior User Experience Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and intuitive designs that meet business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align design with user and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Key Requirements:
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Experience working on web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with motion design or basic front-end development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and user testing tools.
