Treasury Finance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of cash flow across various project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), ensuring optimal fund utilization. Your expertise in optimizing financial resources will enable us to achieve our business objectives effectively.

  • Cash Flow Management: You will coordinate the issuance of Capital Expenditure Letters of Credit (Capex LCs) and manage Buyer's Credit/Supplier's Credit arrangements to ensure timely payments and minimize risk.
  • Investment Strategies: You will invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to generate maximum returns while maintaining liquidity.
  • Loan Repayments: Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans, minimizing defaults and penalties.
  • Advance and Performance Guarantee Management: Record advances and Performance Bank Guarantees received from vendors/suppliers properly, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Inter-Corporate Deposits: Issue Inter Corporate Deposits, monitor limits, and document activities to maintain transparency and control.
  • Treasury Accounting: Enter treasury accounting entries daily to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Foreign Exchange Hedging: Manage foreign exchange hedging and related bank documentation to mitigate currency risks.
  • Compliance and Governance: Lead Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with banks on operational matters, maintaining strong relationships to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Treasury Reporting: Submit Treasury details, audit coordination, and respond to queries in a timely manner to ensure seamless operations.
  • Treasury MIS Reports: Prepare monthly Treasury MIS reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures to provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Project Financing: Support new project financing activities and Loan documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for efficient treasury operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
