Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring treasury systems, implementing risk management strategies, and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treasury technology advisory, finance technology, and SAP practice, with a strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-Suite executives and coach junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA/BTech/MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute with at least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory, finance tech, and SAP practice.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including commodities and financial products, and preferably experience in defining treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements in SAP TRM/TMS environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, with knowledge of treasury systems, such as SAP TRM in ECC and SAP S/4 Hana, and prior TRM configuration experience of at least 2 end-to-end implementations for specific components of the treasury, like Cash and Liquidity, Bank Account Management, Risk Management, etc.
  • Well-versed in concepts of cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, notional and physical cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, bank communication management within SAP environment.
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management (hedging strategies) and valuation aspects of the same.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-Suite executives and coach junior team members.
