Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage technology and enhance customer experiences. This role involves providing consulting services for a variety of business applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings, and IT Governance, as well as strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industry-specific primary and secondary research.

Responsibilities include leading client consulting projects, managing client relationships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at CxO levels. Preference is given to candidates with experience working with premier strategy consulting firms or Big4 firms.

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the transformation of business processes and systems to leverage technology and enhance operational efficiency.

Others

This role requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably with an MBA, and overall experience can vary between 6+ years. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Business Administration degree. Certifications in COBIT and ITIL are preferred.
