We are seeking an experienced Boiler Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering principles, with experience in designing boilers and heaters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing boiler systems, including thermal and mechanical design. They will also be involved in preparing P&IDs, PFDs, and other technical documents. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers to select and procure components and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing boiler systems, including thermal and mechanical design.
  • Preparing P&IDs, PFDs, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to select and procure components and subsystems.
  • Reviewing and approving vendor specifications and offers.
  • Preparing inputs to detail teams for BOP components like tanks, ducting, piping, and supporting structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler design and engineering.
  • Experience in using software such as CAD and AUTOCAD.
  • Knowledge of code calculations, IBR, ASME, and EN.
