This role involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on site.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to install and commission mechanical systems on site
  • Ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, logistics teams, and general contractors
  • Develop and implement plans for improving efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong engineering background with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a site mechanical position
  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience working with Commissioning platforms such as Compass, BIM360, or Aconex
  • Knowledge of modular or skidded installation processes
  • Familiarity with plant installation activities and quality management
