DFT Engineering Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DFT Engineer to fill this key position at our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Digital Fault Tolerance architectures for complex ASIC/SoC designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC designs, ensuring seamless integration of test features.
  • Insert and verify scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures to ensure comprehensive fault coverage.
  • Collaborate with RTL and physical design teams to guarantee the successful implementation of DFT features.
  • Generate and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.
  • Perform fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality and efficiency.
  • Support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with ATE teams to develop test programs and support production testing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DFT engineering, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of DFT architecture and implementation principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
